Hip Hop Hooray

Bio

Three dancer-singer-rappers work in front of drums, bass, and guitar in Hip Hop Hooray. The Dallas group brings a live rhythm section to old-school hip-hop, with songs including It Takes Two, Bust A Move, and Hip Hop Hooray. Its catalog reaches from the ’80s into the ’90s and beyond. The interplay between movement, rapping, and live instruments gives the act its identity.
